Lou D’Amico, Founder/Partner - D’Amico is the former Director of the Race and Sports Book for M Resort and has established a reputation for being one of the true innovators in the race and sports book business for over 30 years. For the past two seasons he has posted the lines for every NFL game for the entire season four months prior to opening day; an innovative advance line for betting the National Football League. D’Amico began his career in the gaming business in the 1970s at the Rose Bowl Race and Sports Book in Las Vegas. From there, he worked at some of the premier Las Vegas casino properties, including the Dunes, the Las Vegas Hilton and Caesars Palace, where he served as Vice President of the Race and Sports Book for nearly seven years. He has been called upon as an expert industry analyst for a number of major media outlets, including CNN, ESPN and HBO, and is a frequent interview subject for many top sports and horse racing events. He was the first Las Vegas oddsmaker to set lines on international soccer matches outside of the World Cup, but is probably best known for his knowledge of horse racing, and his Kentucky Derby Future Book lines and propositions have become industry standards. D’Amico continues to work on the cutting edge of sports and race wagering, and remains one of the leaders in combining horse racing and sports expertise.

Rich Rose, Founder/Partner - Rose has more than 30 years’ experience in the business of sports, achieving success across a broad spectrum of the industry--from event creation, acquisition and management to television, media, negotiation and marketing. Ralph Siraco, Founder/Partner - A veteran of more than 30 years in the sports media business, Ralph Siraco has achieved triple threat status, successfully working in radio, television and print. Although his strength is horse racing, Siraco’s knowledge covers a multitude of sports, as evidenced by his newest venture, Sports Book Extra, a daily hour-long radio program that focuses on the day’s key sports events from the bettor’s perspective. Siraco began his career in the mid-1970s at Hollywood Park, where he quickly became the head of the track’s radio and television department. Over the years, he also has worked as a track announcer, as well as a radio/TV talent, packager and producer. Siraco helped Turfway Park Race Track launch the first horse racing simulcast network in the state of Kentucky, and then did the same for the Northern California State Fair racing circuit. He was the Turf Editor of the Las Vegas Sun for eight years, until the paper ceased its afternoon operation in 2005, and is a contributing writer to the Daily Racing Form, horse racing’s premier publication. He is perhaps best known as the creator, producer and host of Race Day Las Vegas, which has covered all aspects of horse racing, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, for the past 11 years. His company, Siraco Productions, LTD, continues to produce sports and racing-related programming out of its Las Vegas base. Siraco is a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and the National Turf Writers Association; and participates on the voting panel for the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs, NY.
